The room was beautiful and I loved that it was so quiet and peaceful. The entire hotel was so friendly and inviting. All in all, highly recommend if you just want a quiet place to stay and enjoy the sights and area.

The Lodge building is 200 years old - so this is a very special Victorian atmosphere in Central Hobart, close to everything but peaceful. All the suites are different. The interior design is very old-fashioned, romantically beautiful.

Anyone looking for a home away from home, this is your place. Look no further. The hosts were incredibly generous and made me feel so welcome.
